New beacon DO0CWC

Information about new beacon on 10 GHz , tks Frank :

Hi Karel,

i will inform you about a new 10GHZ (10368.845) beacon near Chemnitz. The Callsign
is DO0CWC located in jo60mt, about 430m asl. and with 10W ERP omni.

I hope it will helps to findout how the condx are.
